3Eligibility and required documents
The Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEA) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of following Work: Supply of Substation Goods testing, transport, delivery, services required at customs and storage at site, engineering and design services, complete erection,…3. The duration of the Works is 540 calendar days of Design, Supply & Installation works and excluding Defect Liability Period of the construction works.4. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Single Stage One Envelope Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's «World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated September 2023» and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)

- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
