3Eligibility and required documents
• L'Unité de Coordination du Projet SWEDD+ SENEGAL sollicite des offres sous plis fermé, de la part de soumissionnaires éligibles et répondant aux qualifications requises pour l'acquisition de fournitures scolaires en lot unique (Marché en commande).• Les exigences en matière de qualifications sont :A cet effet, le soumissionnaire doit joindre à son offre les attestations de bonne exécution rédigées dans la langue de soumission accompagnées des extraits des contrats (Page de garde + page de signature + page portant sur le montant du marché) plus les procès-verbaux de réception.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
