3Eligibility and required documents
Les critères de qualification sont les suivants :• Une expérience avérée d'au moins dix (10) ans dans l'Assistance Technique aux Gouvernements, régions ou entités publiques pour la réforme de la gouvernance des services publics. Notamment dans :• Avoir réalisé au cours des huit (8) dernières années, au moins deux (2) missions similaires portant sur la réforme de la gouvernance d'un service public, dont au moins une dans le secteur de l'eau.
