3Eligibility and required documents
• Balkesir Metropolitan Municipality now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the goods specified in the table below.The bidding document includes qualification requirements that may be found in www.ekap.gov.tr (please select exception section for searching).Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's «Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers» November 2020 («Procurement Regulations») and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
