• Bids must be delivered to the address below on Paragraph 9 on or before November 9, 2026, 2:00pm. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. - Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
4Clarification questions
