3Eligibility and required documents
The Ministry of Transportation now invites bids from eligible bidders for Construction of BRT BBMA - 2nd Phase Off Corridor. There are 4 types of locations to be constructed: Bus Pole, Medium Shelter, Big Shelter and End Station , will be builded in West Java Province from end December 2026 till the end July 2027.Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB)/Request for Bid (RFB) procedures as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers, dated November 2020 («Procurement Regulations»); and the provisions stipulated in the Loan Agreement. - Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
