3Eligibility and required documents
The Roads Department of Georgia under the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of Badiauri-Chalaubani (Lot 4) and Chalaubani – Bakurtsikhe (Lot 5) Road Sections of Tbilisi–Bakurtsikhe–Lagodekhi (Kakheti) Highway .3. Bidders shall meet the following minimum qualification criteria to qualify for award of the contract:b) Minimum average annual construction turnover of:Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
