3Eligibility and required documents
The State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) now invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.• Core business as an engineering consulting firm with at least 10 years of general experience in water resources and irrigation infrastructure development.• Technical and organizational capability of the firm (provide structural overview, quality control certifications, and managerial structure).Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)

- References for similar assignments (completion certificates)
- Technical proposal: understanding, methodology, work plan
- Financial proposal (fees, expenses, taxes)
- Proof of legal status (business registration or self-employed status)
