Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below (by e-mail) by 17:30 local time, November 16, 2026.The final package shall be submitted only after comments have been addressed and all major open issues have either been closed or clearly escalated/recorded according to the Change Request or NC/CAPA mechanism, where applicable.The Consultant shall carry out internal QA/QC before each official submission. No draft, revised or final deliverable shall be submitted to the Client without prior internal verification by the Consultant.Guidance for this organization

3Eligibility and required documents

«Office for External Assistance Programs Management» (OEAPM) Project Implementation Unit (PIU) now invites eligible consulting firms («Consultants») to indicate their interest in providing the Services.Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.Only the firm's relevant experience and qualifications will be assessed at the shortlisting stage. Key Experts are not required to be proposed and will not be evaluated at this stage.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
