3Eligibility and required documents
• The Ministry of Education now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of 5 T12 type schools for the first cycle of secondary education in the province of Uíge .• Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's «Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers September 2025 («Procurement Regulations»), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
