3Eligibility and required documents
Les Consultants intéressés doivent démontrer leurs qualifications, leurs expériences et leurs capacités techniques par la réalisation de missions similaires. Les critères pour l'établissement de la liste restreinte sont les suivants :• Les Consultants (Firmes) doivent être des bureaux d'études ou cabinets spécialisés disposant d'au moins dix (10) années d'expérience générale dans les études d'infrastructures de transport, de navigation fluviale, de transport multimodal ou de gestion des voies navigables ;Les références présentées devront être justifiées par des attestations de bonne exécution ou de bonne fin ainsi que par les documents contractuels pertinents.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Signed CVs of the proposed experts, with copies of degrees
- References for similar assignments (completion certificates)
- Technical proposal: understanding, methodology, work plan
- Financial proposal (fees, expenses, taxes)
- Proof of legal status (business registration or self-employed status)
