3Eligibility and required documents
Les Consultants intéressés doivent fournir les informations démontrant qu'ils possèdent les qualifications requises et une expérience pertinente pour l'exécution des Services. Les critères d'évaluation des manifestations d'intérêt sont :Critère 1 : Expérience générale dans le domaine de l'ingénierie du bâtiment• Le consultant doit avoir au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des études techniques et/ou du suivi et contrôle des travaux de bâtiment.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Signed CVs of the proposed experts, with copies of degrees
- References for similar assignments (completion certificates)
- Technical proposal: understanding, methodology, work plan
- Financial proposal (fees, expenses, taxes)
- Proof of legal status (business registration or self-employed status)

Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
