Send your offer by the means given in the notice (dedicated e-mail address or sealed envelope at the office), with the requested subject or reference, before the deadline.
3Eligibility and required documents
Documents requested in the notice
- A CV highlighting relevant analytical, editorial and thematic experience.
- A short cover letter outlining their proposed approach and availability.
- A brief technical proposal of no more than two pages, demonstrating an understanding of the assignment and outlining the proposed approach to delivering the work.
- Two relevant writing samples such as analytical reports, multi-country assessments, research on displacement data or work relating to national statistical systems. Applicants should explain their…
- A financial proposal indicating the proposed daily rate in CHF, inclusive of all costs and taxes.

As such, the applicable nationality and eligibility rules for legal entities shall apply*.

Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Signed CVs of the proposed experts, with copies of degrees
- References for similar assignments (completion certificates)
- Technical proposal: understanding, methodology, work plan
- Financial proposal (fees, expenses, taxes)
- Proof of legal status (business registration or self-employed status)
NGOs vet their suppliers: legal registration, no listing on sanctions lists (anti-corruption, anti-terrorism), compliance with their code of conduct.
4Clarification questions

Requests for clarification are made in writing to the notice address, usually a few days before the deadline; answers may be shared with all bidders.
