3Eligibility and required documents
• The Moldova Energy Projects Implementation Unit (MEPIU) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the or the design, supply, installation and commissioning of Individual Heat Substations and associated piping for public buildings in the Chisinau District Heating system.• Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB), in accordance with the World Bank's «Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers» dated September 2025 («Procurement Regulations») and the applicable World Bank Standard Procurement Document for Works – Request for…* The banking details provided above shall remain valid exclusively until December 31, 2026.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
