Interested contractors may obtain an electronic version of the bidding documentation package during working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.For a World Bank-financed project, the buyer is the country's public agency (ministry, project implementation unit). The documents are obtained from the address in the notice, often on a simple written request by e-mail, sometimes against a non-refundable fee.

Bids must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. (local time):Bids are submitted at the notice address (sealed envelope) or online if the notice allows it, before the deadline. Late bids are rejected.
3Eligibility and required documents
Provide a certificate from the tax authority at the place of registration confirming the absence of any outstanding taxes or mandatory payments.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
