3Eligibility and required documents
• The National Youth Institute (INJ), now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for for Supply and of Menstrual Hygiene Kits for 2027 -2028• Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's «Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers» September, 2023 («Procurement Regulations»), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.6. The bidding document in English language may be accessed by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the email The document will be sent by email.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)

Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
