The documents are obtained from the address in the notice, often on a simple written request by e-mail, sometimes against a non-refundable fee.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 16 , 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on November 16 , 2026, at…8. 3Eligibility and required documents
2. The Liberia Electricity Corporation now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the following lots under the contract, in a period of 3 months , at the Mount Coffee Hydropower Plant, Harrisburg Township, about 25km from Monrovia .4. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's «Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers» Seventh Edition - September 2025 («Procurement Regulations») and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
