CDRO invites qualified, licensed, and experienced Money Service Providers (MSPs) to submit quotations for the provision of financial transfer and cash distribution services for Multipurpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) in Atghar, Nawbahar, and Qalat districts of Zabul Province, Afghanistan.
