3Eligibility and required documents
The Project Development Objective (PDO) of the Nagaad Project is to strengthen the public service delivery capacity of local governments, expand access to climate-resilient urban infrastructure and services, and enable an immediate and effective response to eligible crises or emergencies in targeted areas.The selection shall be based on qualifications, experience and skills of the candidate and followed by an interview. The qualifications, experience and competencies include:• At least 2 years of proven experience in implementing GBV prevention and response initiatives.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Signed CVs of the proposed experts, with copies of degrees
- References for similar assignments (completion certificates)
- Technical proposal: understanding, methodology, work plan
- Financial proposal (fees, expenses, taxes)
- Proof of legal status (business registration or self-employed status)
