7. The signed quotation, together with all required documentation, must be received at the address below no later than 4 November 2026 at 12:00 noon, Skopje local time . Quotations shall be delivered in person, by post or by courier, in a sealed envelope marked:Late quotations will not be considered. 3Eligibility and required documents
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, through the Project Implementation Unit (the «Purchaser»), invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit a quotation for the procurement and delivery of one (1) new SUV/Crossover vehicle, including all mandatory equipment.The procedure is single-stage, one-envelope, with postqualification.Participation is open to all eligible and qualified bidders from any country, in accordance with these Regulations and the conditions set out in the RFQ.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)

- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory

Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
