Requests for clarification shall be submitted by the Bidder no later than 14 days before the deadline for submission of Bids specified in the electronic procurement system.Bids shall be submitted by uploading the complete Bid through the electronic procurement system before the Bid submission deadline, which is 16:00 (Kyiv time) on November 19 , 202 6 .Guidance for this organization
Bids are submitted at the notice address (sealed envelope) or online if the notice allows it, before the deadline. Late bids are rejected.
3Eligibility and required documents
Design, Supply, and Installation (Without Prequalification)2. PJSC «Ukrhydroenergo» now invites eligible Bidders to submit Bids for the Contract. Bidders can bid for any one lot, more than one lot or all the four lots . The Time for Completion shall be between 420 and 510 calendar days from the Effective Date of the Contract. No credit will be given for early completion, and…3. Prospective Bidders shall meet the following minimum qualification requirements:Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory

Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
