3Eligibility and required documents
ASAS Training & Educational Organization (ATEO) invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of grocery shop items for 20 beneficiary shops under its livelihood support project in Meer Bacha Kot District, Kabul Province .
Interested suppliers must submit a signed and stamped quotation along with a valid business license, TIN certificate, company profile, and evidence of at least two similar supply experiences. Prices must be quoted in USD and include transportation costs .

- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
