This e-Procurement notice includes the terms and conditions applicable to submission of quotations; criteria for qualification, evaluation, and for award of supply order(s); and relevant forms to be filled by the bidders.Quotations, both Technical Part and Financial Part shall be submitted on https://etenders.kerala.gov.in/nicgep/app on or before 15:00 hours on 25.11.2026.The electronic bidding system would not allow late submission of quotations.Guidance for this organization

3Eligibility and required documents
The Government of India has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Kerala Solid Waste Management Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards eligible payments under the contract for which this request for quotations is issued.The Secretary, Kottayam Municipality, Kottayam District, Kerala invites quotations electronically from eligible bidders (from manufacturers/authorized dealers/distributors) for the following goods.For submission of the Quotation, the Bidder is required to have Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from one of the Certifying Authorities authorized by Government of India for issuing DSC.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory

Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
4Clarification questions
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10.11.2026 at 11.30 hours at the Kottayam Municipality Office, Kottayam District to clarify the issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised at that stage as stated in ITB.Bidders are advised to download the bidding document prior to the pre-bid meeting in order for bidders to have a good understanding of the scope of work under this contract for discussion and clarification at the pre-bid meeting.Guidance for this organization
