Bids must be delivered to the address above on or before 11:00:00 hours Maldivian Time on 3rd December 2026 .9. All Bids must be accompanied by a «Bid Security» of USD 3,535.00 or the equivalent amount in MVR, which shall remain valid for 208 days from the date of bid opening.Guidance for this organization

• The Ministry of Finance and Public Enterprises on behalf of the Ministry of Homeland Security, Labour and Technology wishes to annul bidding process for the Invitation for Bids number (IUL)13-K/13/2026/97 (10th June 2026) and re-invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Procurement of SDWAN…• Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's «Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers» November 2020 («Procurement Regulations»), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)

- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
