6. Bids must be delivered to the address below no later than November 30, 2026 by 15:30. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of Bidders' designated representatives and anyone else who chooses to attend at the address below.7. All Bids must be accompanied by a « Bid Security » in the amount of 620 ,000 somoni .Bids are submitted at the notice address (sealed envelope) or online if the notice allows it, before the deadline. 3Eligibility and required documents
2. The Project Management Unit (PMU) under ALRI hereby invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the «Reconstruction of the Sebiston-Dangara water pipeline 17.6 km in Khatlon region»Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
4Clarification questions
