3Eligibility and required documents
• Avoir une expérience professionnelle globale d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de la planification participative, ou/et études des risques sociales d'un projet d'investissement et un projet de développement ;• Avoir une bonne connaissance du cadre environnemental et social (CES) dont le certificat de l'achèvement de formation en-ligne sera un atout ; et les politiques de sauvegardes environnementales et sociales (POs) de la Banque mondiale ;• Les copies légalisées des contrats similaires ou certificats et attestations de travail attestant l'expérience professionnelle du candidat ;Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Signed CVs of the proposed experts, with copies of degrees
- References for similar assignments (completion certificates)
- Technical proposal: understanding, methodology, work plan
- Financial proposal (fees, expenses, taxes)
- Proof of legal status (business registration or self-employed status)
Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
