Les expressions d'intérêt rédigées en langue française doivent être transmises, à l'attention du Coordonnateur National du projet SWEDD+, au plus tard le _10 novembre 2026à 10 heures 30 minutes, heure locale (N'Djaména), et porter clairement la mention « Avis de sollicitation de manifestation d'intérêt N°…Bids are submitted at the notice address (sealed envelope) or online if the notice allows it, before the deadline. Late bids are rejected.
3Eligibility and required documents

- Signed CVs of the proposed experts, with copies of degrees
- References for similar assignments (completion certificates)
- Technical proposal: understanding, methodology, work plan
- Financial proposal (fees, expenses, taxes)
- Proof of legal status (business registration or self-employed status)
Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
