3Eligibility and required documents
L'OOAS invite à présent les Consultants individuels éligibles («Consultants») à manifester leurs intérêts à fournir les Services. - Signed CVs of the proposed experts, with copies of degrees
- References for similar assignments (completion certificates)
- Technical proposal: understanding, methodology, work plan
- Financial proposal (fees, expenses, taxes)
- Proof of legal status (business registration or self-employed status)
Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
