3Eligibility and required documents
Documents requested in the notice
- 1- Annex 1 - Schedule of Requirement Technical Specifications Form - duly filled, Signed and Stamped
- 2- Valid Business License
- 3- Supplier Delivery Lead Time - Following the signing of the Purchase Order (PO), all items must be delivered within 60 calendar days.
Vendors who do not submit any of the documents listed above shall be automatically disqualified.

- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)

- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory

4Clarification questions
Clarification - Questions must be submitted via the WAVE messaging function before the clarification deadline.
