3Eligibility and required documents
L'objectif principal est de doter le Bureau Central de Recensement (BCR) d'un capital humain qualifié et opérationnel afin d'assurer une exécution fluide, rigoureuse et dans les délais de l'ensemble des activités du 5ème RGP/H.• Une présentation de l'expérience générale du cabinet dans le domaine du recrutement et de la gestion des ressources humaines ;• Les justificatifs des références similaires déclarées, notamment les contrats, attestations de bonne exécution, certificats de service fait ou tout autre document permettant d'en vérifier l'authenticité ;Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Signed CVs of the proposed experts, with copies of degrees
- References for similar assignments (completion certificates)
- Technical proposal: understanding, methodology, work plan
- Financial proposal (fees, expenses, taxes)
- Proof of legal status (business registration or self-employed status)
Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
