3Eligibility and required documents
2. The Department of Surface Transport (DoST), Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MoIT) now invites a sealed Bids from the eligible Bidders for carrying out Exploratory Core Drilling and Associated Tests as under:Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
Guidance for this organization
Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
