3Eligibility and required documents
4. ANE, IP now invites eligible Individual Consultants «Consultants» to express their interest in providing the Services during 2 years full time at the entire Transport Portfolio and all Project Implementation Units (PIUs).5. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.6. The evaluation of expressions of interest will be made on qualitative basis according to a robust matrix of strengths and weaknesses and the shortlist will be composed from the list of qualified individual consultants considering the following criteria:Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Signed CVs of the proposed experts, with copies of degrees
- References for similar assignments (completion certificates)
- Technical proposal: understanding, methodology, work plan
- Financial proposal (fees, expenses, taxes)
- Proof of legal status (business registration or self-employed status)
