3Eligibility and required documents
• The Project Executing Unit of the Guyana One Health Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders.• Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's «Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers» Seventh Edition, September 2025 («Procurement Regulations») and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement…• Qualifications requirements include (but are not limit to): Submission of NIS and GRA Compliances (for Bidders registered in Guyana), Valid Business or Company Registration, experience, financial and technical capacity.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)

- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
