3Eligibility and required documents
The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Support to Resilient and Sustainable Social Protection Program in Jordan, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for goods and related services to contract a qualified supplier for the following assignment:The Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (MOPIC), in coordination with the Ministry of Social Development (MOSD), now invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the supply and installation of the requested CCTV System.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
