Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 03-12-2026 at 1100 hours.9 . All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USD 100,000.00 or equivalent PKR at the State Bank of Pakistan exchange rate 28 days prior to bid submission date.Guidance for this organization

3Eligibility and required documents
• The Chief Engineer (Development), PMU PESCO now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for a single package of work consisting of:Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) Plant bidding document as specified in the World Bank's «Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers» dated November 2020 «Procurement Regulations» and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement…Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
Guidance for this organization
Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
