3Eligibility and required documents
• The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of center for industrial 4.0 and technology transfer at ITC. The construction period is 841 Calendar Days .• Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's «Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers in September 2025 («Procurement Regulations»), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
