3Eligibility and required documents
• Advanced degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, or related field with 15 years of general experience. Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is strongly preferred.• Strong knowledge and hands-on application at least 5 years of international internal audit standards and good practices (IIA/IPPF), including risk-based internal audit planning and QAIP.The RGC, through the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) and its Project Management Unit (PMU), is seeking to engage one (1) qualified International Individual Consultant to support the PMU-CRCI during the project preparation phase 1.
