The Expressions of interest must be properly filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 13/11/2026 hours local time on 14:00 Expressions of interest will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST. The opening details will be available to the public through NeSTGuidance for this organization
Bids are submitted at the notice address (sealed envelope) or online if the notice allows it, before the deadline. Late bids are rejected.
3Eligibility and required documents
4. The Ministry of Water invites eligible consulting firms («Consultants») to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are:• The firm shall demonstrate at least ten (10) years of proven experience in undertaking assignments of varying nature and complexity, with at least three (3) successfully completed assignments, each valued at not less than TZS 2 billion.Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications, but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Signed CVs of the proposed experts, with copies of degrees
- References for similar assignments (completion certificates)
- Technical proposal: understanding, methodology, work plan
- Financial proposal (fees, expenses, taxes)
- Proof of legal status (business registration or self-employed status)
Guidance for this organization
Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
