7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10th November 2026 at 11:00 am local time . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. 3Eligibility and required documents
3. The Ministry of Finance and Planning now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the following works :5. Bidders should note that to qualify for award of the contract they are required to meet certain minimum qualifying criteria as provided in Section III: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria (without Prequalification Criteria) of the Bidding Document which includes:• Minimum average annual construction turnover of TZS 4,500,000,000; calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and/or completed within the last 5 years.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
