3Eligibility and required documents
The State Department for Housing and Urban Development (the Client) in the Ministry of Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development – now invites eligible Consulting firms («Consultants») to indicate their interest in providing the Services;Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and experience to perform the services (attach evidence).Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)

- References for similar assignments (completion certificates)
- Technical proposal: understanding, methodology, work plan
- Financial proposal (fees, expenses, taxes)
- Proof of legal status (business registration or self-employed status)

Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
