Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10th November 2026 10:00AM .8. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to USD30,000.00 of your bided amount from a reputable Bank and shall be valid for 120 days.The Bid Security shall be submitted together with the Technical Proposals .Guidance for this organization

3Eligibility and required documents

The Gambia Inclusive and Resilient Agricultural Value Chain Development Project (GIRAV) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Development of a systematic customary land rights registration pilot3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's «Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers -» dated September2025 («Procurement Regulations») and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
