• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:30 AM. Kismayo, Somalia time on Date: 31st Oct 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at 11:30 AM.…• All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration using the form included in Section IV, Bidding Forms .Bids are submitted at the notice address (sealed envelope) or online if the notice allows it, before the deadline. 3Eligibility and required documents
2. The Ministry of Livestock, Forest and Range (MoLFR) of Jubaland State, Somalia now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of:• Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's «Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers» July 2016, revised in November 2017 and August 2018, November 2020, September 2023 («Procurement Regulations») and is open to all eligible…Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)

- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)

- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
Open to firms and consultants from eligible countries under the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Firms debarred by the World Bank are excluded.
