3Eligibility and required documents
2. The State Institution «Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development» Project Management Unit (SI «AED» PMU) hereby invites the eligible bidder to submit their bids for the Procurement of furniture for cold storage facilities and canteens for two ALCs in Balkhi District and Khujand City.3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive procurement using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank's «Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers» July 2016 revised September 2023 («Procurement Regulations») and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
