3Eligibility and required documents
Les exigences en matière de qualifications sont :• Avoir un Chiffre d'Affaires annuel moyen d'au moins un million cinq cent mille (1 500 000) dollars US ou l'équivalent dans une autre devise librement convertible, calculé conformément au critère 3.2 de la Section III, sur les cinq (5) dernières années.• Disposer d'un personnel clé remplissant les critères de qualifications et d'expérience exigées par la présente Demande de Propositions.Documents usually requested (check the tender documents)
- Business registration certificate (or equivalent for a foreign company)
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Social security compliance certificate
- References for similar contracts and completion certificates
- Financial statements or turnover for recent years (works and large contracts)
- Bid security or bid-securing declaration, if required
- Signed bid forms and power of attorney of the signatory
